Do the free tools really require no account? +
Yes. Every free tool works immediately with no login, no email, no friction. You only need an account to save quotes or use Pro tools.
What does the 7-day free trial include? +
Full Pro access — DXF estimator, bottom-up quoting, saved quotes, machine presets, and everything else in Pro. No credit card required to start. You only need to add a payment method if you decide to subscribe after the trial.
What happens if I don't add a payment method before my trial ends? +
Your account automatically drops to the free tier — no charge, no action needed. Your saved quotes, presets, and settings are kept in your account. You won't be able to create new Pro quotes or access Pro tools until you subscribe, but nothing gets deleted. You can subscribe any time from your account page to get Pro access back.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes, no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account page and your Pro access stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my saved quotes if I cancel? +
Your quotes stay in your account for 90 days after cancellation. You can export them to CSV any time before then. Nothing is deleted without warning.
Is there a per-seat charge for multiple users? +
No. One subscription covers one account. We'll introduce team plans in a future update if demand is there.
What is FabEngineer AI and when is it available? +
FabEngineer AI is an assistant trained on fabrication, welding, and estimating. It'll review quotes, suggest alternatives, and answer shop-floor questions. It's in development — join the waitlist for early access and locked-in pricing.
